A.R.O.H.A

This year, Room 13 is living by our school concept A.R.O.H.A  (A = Akohia, R = Respect, O = Ownership, H = Hautoa, A = Ambition)

As part of our learning this week, our whanau went for a treasure hunt around the school to see if we could find objects that looked like the letters A.R.O.H.A.  Along the way, we learnt about taking photos using the the macro button as well as the two thirds rule.

Using the images collected, we created some poster that will be displayed in our classroom to remind us of our values as well as being used as the wallpaper for the computers in our class.

Our whanau will also select the one that we think to be the most creative as the background for our classroom blog.

Check out the wonderful creative images that our whanau have created so far....
